1. Who we are

This policy is published by Undertoad Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 180 Echo Ln, Huntsville, TX 77320, United States.

We operate UnitBid at tdcjbids.com and app.tdcjbids.com. UnitBid is a product name. The company is Undertoad Holdings LLC.

2. What this covers

This policy covers undertoadholdings.com and the products we operate, including the UnitBid marketing site, app, email, and text program. Product pages may restate the same rules in plainer shop language. If they conflict on text-message consent, the stricter limit wins: we do not text without an unchecked-by-default opt-in, and we do not share that opt-in for marketing.

3. What we collect

• This website: if you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. We do not ask for a mobile number on this site. Server logs may include IP address and basic request data for security.
• UnitBid: name, work email, company, trades, work area, optional mobile number, whether you checked the text box, account login, shop profile, pipeline notes, and billing IDs when payments are on. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store the full card number.
• Technical: a login cookie on the app, a short-lived cookie for form messages, and ordinary server logs.

4. Why we use it

• Answer company and product email
• Run UnitBid: match public jobs, send email notices, and send texts only if you opted in
• Bill a plan when payments are live
• Keep the service working and stop abuse

We do not sell your information. We do not rent lists.

5. Who else sees it

Vendors that help us operate, under their own terms:

• Hosting for this website and for tdcjbids.com
• The application server for app.tdcjbids.com
• Email delivery for hello@tdcjbids.com and product mail
• Stripe, when a shop pays
• Twilio, only to deliver a text the person already opted into

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we sell or reorganize the business. A buyer would have to honor this policy.

6. Text messages

Brand: UnitBid, operated by Undertoad Holdings LLC. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

A typed phone number is not consent. Texts stay off unless you check the box on the UnitBid order form, during setup, or in Settings. Checking the box is not required to buy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you opt in, UnitBid (Undertoad Holdings LLC) sends recurring account notices when a public job newly matches your shop, or when a matched job is due within 48 hours. Message frequency varies. Disclosure: message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@tdcjbids.com.

We keep the opt-in record while the shop is active. After you reply STOP, or ask us to delete it, we keep only what we need to honor the opt-out and any legal hold, then delete or strip the rest.

7. Cookies

This company site does not set advertising cookies. The UnitBid app uses a login cookie so you stay signed in. We do not run ad trackers on these sites today. If that changes, we will update this page before we turn them on.

8. How long we keep it

Email you send us stays as long as we need it to answer and to keep a record of the request. UnitBid accounts stay while the shop is active. After cancel, we keep billing and opt-out records as required, then delete or strip the rest. You can ask us to delete sooner.

9. Your choices

• Do not check the text box. You can still use the product.
• Reply STOP to a UnitBid text to opt out.
• Reply HELP, or email hello@tdcjbids.com, for help.
• Email us to ask what we have, to correct it, or to delete it.

10. Children

Our products are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email hello@tdcjbids.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date above. The version on this URL is the one to use for carrier review of Undertoad Holdings LLC.
